What we collect

When you request a portfolio, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address (if you give it), budget range and buying timeline, plus the page you submitted from and the time.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your request: to send you off-plan projects that match your budget and to follow up by WhatsApp, phone or email. We rely on the consent you give when you submit the form.

Who we share it with

We never sell your details or share them for marketing. Your submission is processed by the service providers that run this site's form and email (n8n and Google). If you choose to go ahead with a purchase, relevant details are shared with the developer and the Dubai Land Department as part of that transaction, with your knowledge.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact, or less if you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing the address above. If you're in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
